Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activities performed under it. Keep your login credentials confidential and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

2. Booking

All bookings are subject to availability. Hours in your cart are tentative until confirmed. If two clients request the same time, confirmation is granted based on successful checkout and our final confirmation notice.

• Session start/end times are the times you reserve; setup and breakdown must fit within the reserved window unless otherwise agreed.
• Arrive on time. Late arrivals do not automatically extend the session window.
• Any add-ons (engineer, backline, extra mics, etc.) are subject to availability and may require confirmation.

3. Payments

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes depend on your billing country and may be added at checkout where applicable. Payment methods accepted may vary by region.

We may require full payment or a deposit to confirm a booking. If a payment fails, the booking may remain unconfirmed or be cancelled.

4. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session start. Otherwise, a one-hour charge applies (or the minimum charge for that studio, if higher). Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking unless we explicitly confirm otherwise.

If the studio must cancel due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, you will be offered a reschedule or a refund for fees paid for the affected booking.

5. Conduct

No illegal content, harassment, or disruptive behavior. Treat staff, other clients, and neighbors with respect. Food and drinks must be kept away from equipment unless explicitly permitted.

• You are responsible for your guests and any damages they cause.
• Do not tamper with wiring, power distribution, or safety equipment.
• Follow posted safety rules and reasonable staff instructions.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages beyond fees paid for the affected booking. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the booking giving rise to the claim.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your work. We are not responsible for loss of recordings or data due to equipment misuse, third-party devices, or unforeseeable technical failures.

7. Changes

We can update these Terms. Changes take effect upon posting. If changes materially affect your rights, we may provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
